Job summary

Atlas Copco in Singapore seeks a Project Engineer for the Oil-Free Air team. You will prepare and support application engineering activities for engineered and turnkey projects across Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Sri Lanka, and Mongolia, ensuring contracts are executed successfully.

You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Product Companies to deliver on time, with competitive pricing and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the application engineering and project management of engineered packages and turnkey projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of compressed air technologies, design, planning, and execution.
• Experience coordinating with customers, suppliers, factories, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to review enquiries and prepare scope summaries.
• Issue RFQs to vendors in coordination with Procurement.
• Work with Product Companies to ensure clear requirements and timely proposals.
• Support Sales with technical bid clarifications and TQ responses.
• Develop project costing summaries and commercial evaluations.
• Coordinate with factories to obtain Part Numbers for orders.
• Manage project execution to meet delivery schedules and specs.
• Prepare project documentation per contract requirements.
• Provide engineering support across the project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Lead turnkey project installations and review change orders.
• Develop and monitor project schedules with the team.
• Manage budgets, identify cost savings, and drive profitability.
• Support risk reviews and design/engineering reviews.
