Job summary

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in refinery or petrochemical environments. Experience with planning software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of planning experience in refinery and plant maintenance.
• Experience in plant turnaround/shutdown planning preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed turnaround work packages and schedules.
• Review maintenance work scopes and engineering requirements.
• Conduct site walkdowns to verify job scope and resource needs.
• Prepare manpower, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.
• Monitor turnaround progress and provide planning support.
