Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a turnaround engineer/planner for Jurong Island to develop and maintain turnaround worklists, review scopes, and prepare execution packages in collaboration with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams.

You will monitor progress, coordinate contractor activities, support procurement of long-lead materials, and participate in risk assessments and readiness reviews. Night shifts may be required during outages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industries.
• Experience in at least two plant outages of over 150,000 labor hours.
• Gas Plant experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain turnaround worklists with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams.
• Review turnaround scope and prepare detailed execution packages including resources and logistics.
• Coordinate engineering reviews ensuring drawings, procedures and permits are available.
