GE Vernova Singapore Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee the Turbine Blades Repair Value Stream, driving safety, quality, throughput, and cost efficiency through Lean, Six Sigma, and digital solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians, develop SOPs, manage budgets, and mentor staff to deliver on-time repairs while advancing process improvements and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering.
• 2–5 years in industrial repair operations or heavy manufacturing with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of turbine blade repair processes and coatings.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma and digital manufacturing.

• Lead end-to-end turbine blade repair operations within the value stream.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma and digital transformation to improve throughput and quality.
• Develop and implement SOPs and best practices for turbine blade repair.
• Ensure safety, environmental and quality standards compliance.
