Qualifications

• Diploma/ Certification in rehabilitation manual therapy/stretch therapy or graduated from an accredited school of Aesthetics.
• Minimum 3 years’ client servicing experience for premium health or wellness services.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and a team player.
• Candidates with certification in other modalities including manual TCM, clinical aesthetics and meditation will be considered favorably.
• Recognized certification of TCM related diploma or degree in tuina (推拿) are welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade the quality of treatments through practice and feedback review.
• Ensure excellent service delivery and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Maintain daily treatment and retail revenue records and progress toward monthly targets.
• Foster a constructive feedback culture for associates.
• Assist in wellness program formulation and development initiatives.
• Maintain hygiene, equipment, and safety standards.
• Provide clear explanations to clients on outcomes and aftercare.
• Keep accurate treatment notes and updates to treatment plans.
