Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of Tuina experience, healthcare/clinic background, and a strong passion for TCM or healthcare. Immediate availability is a plus, with a team-oriented, client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Tuina massage experience.
• Healthcare/clinic/massage setting experience preferred.
• Relevant qualifications in healthcare Tuina.
• Immediate/short-notice availability is a plus.
• Passion for TCM or healthcare industry.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Tuina massage and related therapies to relieve muscle tension and improve circulation.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans and dispense prescribed medications.
• Engage with patients, follow up, monitor progress and support recovery.
• Educate patients about clinic services and products.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting patient relationships.
• Share responsibility for packaging and labeling medications as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by Clinic Managers.
