Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Process Engineer to operate Pilot Plant processes and support product trials and commercial production. The role requires ensuring GMP and food safety, coordinating equipment readiness, and contributing to continuous improvement in a Tuas-based facility.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemical/Food/Manufacturing Engineering with 3–5 years of process engineering or manufacturing operations experience, plus knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 and Lean

Qualifications

Min. degree in Chemical, Food, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
Min. 3-5 years of process engineering / manufacturing operations experience preferred.
Food & beverage manufacturing experience advantageous.
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, process optimisation and Lean methodologies.
Good problem-solving, project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Operate Pilot Plant process, filling and packing runs for product trials and commercial production.
Ensure equipment, manpower and materials readiness while maintaining GMP and food safety standards.
Support installation and qualification of new / modified equipment and process lines.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration and equipment breakdown matters.
Maintain SOPs, documentation, risk assessments and trial data.
Support production commissioning, packaging inventory and continuous improvement projects.
