Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse (Clinical Instructor) to lead clinical supervision and teaching for nursing students, bridging theory to patient-centered care. You will plan and coordinate clinical training across areas, evaluate programs, and promote evidence-based practices in supervision.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Nursing, State RN, and 3–5 years in nursing education, with postgraduate education preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Postgraduate qualification in education or its equivalent preferred.
• State Registered Nurse.
