Job summary

After Life Planning Industry in Singapore is seeking a Sales Representative to engage clients in compassionate, consultative selling of funeral pre-planning and memorial solutions. You will build lasting relationships, educate clients on products, and guide them through needs assessments and documentation with sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline, with sales or client-facing background preferred.
• At least 2 years of sales or client advisory experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence for sensitive conversations around end-of-life planning.
• Excellent English communication; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients through consultative selling, educating them on after life planning products and services.
• Build and maintain a growing client portfolio through referrals, networking, community outreach, and proactive relationship management.
• Conduct client needs assessments to understand requirements, then present tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through planning and documentation with clarity and professionalism.
