Job summary

• Strong understanding of treaty accounting, premium processing, claims, reserves and contractual adjustments.
• Experience handling treaty documentation and complex terms.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end claims processes, including issuing claims and cash calls per treaty terms and monitoring service levels.
• Oversee new and renewal treaty contracts, ensuring accurate revenue scheduling and adjustments.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Finance and Sales on accounting and operational matters.
• Participate in process improvement, system testing and automation to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Review and validate treaty accounting information for completeness and compliance with terms.
• Support reporting and maintain data integrity for audit readiness.
