Job summary

Aon is seeking an experienced professional for the Treaty Client Services team in Singapore. You will perform complex treaty technical accounting activities, including adjustments and reconciliation across Asia treaty contracts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in treaty reinsurance technical accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to document processes clearly and follow SOPs and controls.
• Collaborative, hands-on, ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex treaty technical accounting activities including adjustments for Asia treaty contracts.
• Resolve data discrepancies between system data (e.g. GRiDS) and contract wording.
• Handle queries from GCC Processing Team and external stakeholders on invoice processing and calculations.
• Prepare and maintain working sheets for data entry in GRiDS and support accurate invoice and statement issuance.
• Support processes related to brokerage credit/fees invoices ensuring correct setup and posting.
• Assist in documenting SOPs, work instructions and controls for treaty client services processes.
• Provide technical training to GCC and onshore teams and contribute to knowledge transfer.
• Act as a day-to-day technical contact for GCC Offshore colleagues on complex treaty processes and GRiDS usage.
