The role demands strong analytical skills, extensive experience in treaty reinsurance accounting, and excellent communication to support cross‑functional teams across onshore and offshore units.

Qualifications

• Typically, 7+ years’ experience in treaty reinsurance technical accounting.
• Good understanding of treaty reinsurance contracts and related operational processes.
• Experience with reinsurance technical accounting systems, or strong willingness to become a system SME.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to document processes clearly and follow SOPs and controls.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex treaty technical accounting activities, including adjustments for Asia treaty contracts.
• Resolve data discrepancies between system data (GRiDS) and contract wording.
• Handle queries from GCC Processing Team and external stakeholders on invoice processing and calculations.
• Prepare and maintain working sheets for data entry in GRiDS and support accurate invoice issuance.
• Support processes related to brokerage credit/fees invoices, ensuring correct setup.
• Act as day‑to‑day technical contact for GCC Offshore colleagues on complex treaty processes.
