Hudson RPO Asia Pacific is assisting a well-established Institutional Financial Services Group headquartered in Singapore to hire a strategic Treasury professional. The role leads funding, liquidity, and risk management for regional entities.

The successful candidate will drive regional funding strategies, oversee liquidity pools and currency risk, and collaborate with global banking partners and rating agencies to optimize the balance sheet framework.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive treasury experience gained within capital markets, banking, or large financial services platforms.
• Deep practical knowledge of ALM frameworks, cross-currency swaps, and corporate hedging structures.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-currency balance sheets and credit facilities.
• Excellent executive presence with a track record of driving cross-functional financial strategy.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute regional funding strategies using institutional bank facilities and corporate debt markets.
• Manage regional liquidity pools, interest rate risk, and foreign exchange exposure.
• Mitigate maturity mismatches and oversee the structural balance sheet framework for regional entities.
• Oversee core relationship lines with global banking partners, rating agencies, and external financial institutions.
