Job summary

Maybank Singapore is seeking a professional to oversee derivatives trade processing and corporate actions. The role covers the lifecycle from trade confirmations to ageing and reconciliation, with focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will support treasury new product roll-out and drive process improvements through automation, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless operations in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Banking, Business, Finance or related field.
• Good understanding of key jurisdiction regulatory policies and risk mitigation.
• Proficient in treasury products and processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee derivatives trade processing in BAU.
• Identify processes for improvement and embrace automation (RPA/AI).
• Observe and comply with bank and regulatory policy.

Tasks coverage includes the following -

• To oversee derivatives trade processing.
• To support treasury new product roll-out.
• To oversee futures statements reconciliation and BNM CCP exposure reporting
• To cover derivatives GL outage rectification
• TO oversee derivative trade confirmation & ageing
• FXD/FXO/Commodity DV expiry & trigger event processing
• Support project testing and implementation.
• Take on ad hoc duty assigned by HOD.

Job Responsibilities

• To understand and be conversant with treasury products and processes in assigned BAU.
• To identify processes for improvement review. To embrace process automation (e.g. RPA/AI adoption to automate processes).
• To observe and comply with bank and regulatory policy.
• To be thorough and accurate in BAU handling.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in a related field preferably (Banking, Business, Finance and related fields)
