Job summary

MetaComp Pte Ltd, a MAS-licensed digital payments provider in Singapore, is looking for a hands-on Trade Ops reconciliation specialist. You will maintain accurate bank and ledger reconciliations, manage daily cash movements, and support liquidity planning within treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and periodic reconciliations across bank accounts and ledgers; investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor cash positions across bank accounts and entities to ensure liquidity.
• Support treasury activities including cash transfers and bank payments.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and treasury reports to support planning.
• Coordinate with banks, payment providers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Assist month-end closing for cash and treasury balances.
• Review reconciliation processes and pursue automation improvements.
• Work with Finance and Technology teams to identify AI/automation use cases.
• Maintain documentation and controls around treasury processes.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to strengthen controls.
