Job summary

Randstad NV, a global employer solutions group, seeks an experienced operations professional in Singapore to manage transaction flows within a wholesale banking environment. You will ensure accurate processing, AML screening, and close collaboration with trading desks to support smooth trade lifecycles.

This role focuses on maintaining static data across financial messaging networks and treasury systems, reconciling records with correspondent accounts, and delivering timely client statements

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of payments and treasury operations experience in corporate or investment banking.
• Strong knowledge of local clearing mechanisms, wholesale cross-border wire processing, and financial messaging protocols.
• Experience with transaction screening, static data configuration, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven track record of system migrations and business process improvements.
• Ability to work with tight cut-offs and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Address front-to-back operational inquiries and collaborate with trading desks to ensure smooth trade lifecycles.
• Maintain static data infrastructure across messaging networks and treasury systems.
• Screen, validate, and clear transaction messages per AML and sanctions rules.
• Oversee account maintenance, reconcile records with correspondent accounts, and issue client statements.
• Execute regulatory transaction reporting and drive workflow automation initiatives.
