Job summary

Bank of America Singapore is seeking a Product Manager for CashPro Online in the Asia Pacific region. The role focuses on managing the Payments product suite, shaping the roadmap, gathering regional requirements, and improving user experience across digital channels.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams, support RFI/RFP responses, and contribute to business cases and market insights. A strong emphasis on governance, risk controls, and stakeholder communication is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in product management within financial services or technology environments is beneficial.
• Interest in digital platforms, payments, cash forecasting and reporting solutions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Payments product suite within CashPro Online for Asia Pacific, including roadmap execution and collaboration with technology teams.
• Gather requirements, monitor delivery, and align regional needs with the global product roadmap.
• Contribute to Information Reporting for CashPro in Asia Pacific and track regional requirements.
• Improve CashPro Online user experience by collecting feedback with design and technology teams.
• Support Access Controls activities, including entitlements and user permissions, in line with governance.
• Develop understanding of product capabilities across UI, middleware, databases, and payment engines.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends in digital channels and payments.
• Contribute ideas for product enhancements based on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders to support delivery and issue resolution.
• Assist in RFIs/RFPs, customer onboarding, and sales presentations.
• Participate in planning and roadmap discussions with regional teams.
• Coordinate with related product areas in the region (Receivables, FX, Liquidity).
• Assist in business case preparation and data-driven recommendations for decisions.
• Support audit and risk review processes and maintain product documentation.
