Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or related fields.
Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Detail-oriented and meticulous.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor maturity and prepare loan drawdowns, rollovers, interest, and derivative-related payments promptly.
Input treasury transactions accurately in the SAP system.
Prepare regular reports on interest rate and foreign exchange exposures, liquidity, and other treasury positions for the REIT.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly capital markets reports to the Board.
Assist with year-end audit confirmations to banks.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
