CapitaLand Development Ltd - CDL is seeking a proactive undergraduate to join its Treasury/Finance team in Singapore. You will monitor maturity, input transactions in SAP, and assist with reports and year-end confirmations; gain exposure to capital markets processes within a leading real estate group.

This internship requires a degree pursuit in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or Accountancy; proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel; and strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or related disciplines.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic understanding of treasury or finance concepts is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor maturity and prepare loan drawdowns, rollovers, interest, and derivative-related payments promptly.
• Input treasury transactions accurately in the SAP system.
• Prepare regular reports on interest rate and foreign exchange exposures, liquidity, and other treasury positions for the REIT.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly capital markets reports to the Board.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Monitor maturity and prepare loan drawdowns, rollovers, interest, and derivative-relatedpayments promptly
• Input treasury transactions accurately in the SAP system
• Prepare regular reports on interest rate and foreign exchange exposures, liquidity, and othertreasury positions for the REIT
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly capital markets reports to the Board
• Assist with year-end audit confirmations to banks
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or anyother related disciplines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
