Job summary

CapitaLand Internship in Listed Funds - Capital Markets in Singapore invites a motivated student to join our team. You will support treasury activities, monitor maturities, process cash flows, and assist in preparing reports for the REIT and Board.

The role requires current study in Finance-related field, proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and strong communication skills. This full-time internship offers exposure to SAP-based processes and quarterly reporting, with a view toward ongoing

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to prepare clear reports.
Detail oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor maturity and prepare loan drawdowns, rollovers, interest, and derivative-related payments promptly.
Input treasury transactions accurately in the SAP system.
Prepare regular reports on interest rate and FX exposures, liquidity, and other treasury positions for the REIT.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly capital markets reports to the Board.
Assist with year-end audit confirmations to banks.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
