Job summary

Vanding Innova SG Pte Ltd, part of China's Wanxiang Group, seeks a treasury-focused professional to manage daily fund activities in Singapore. You will handle receipts, payments, transfers, and bank account administration to ensure safe liquidity and support business operations.

You will forecast cash flow, liaise with banks, assist in trade finance (LCs, guarantees, import/export financing), and contribute to management reporting and year-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance, treasury management, trade finance, or related fields.
• Familiarity with banking operations and treasury principles; knowledge of international trade/trade finance preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency; ability to organize and analyze financial data.
• Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented with high confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fund receipts and payments, fund transfers, and bank account administration.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and funding plans for liquidity.
• Liaise with banks on banking matters, accounts, and internet banking.
• Assist in trade finance activities including L/C, bank guarantees, import/export financing.
• Monitor receivables and payables; support working capital efficiency.
• Perform treasury-related data analysis and prepare reports.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end closings; assist audits and compliance.
• Perform other treasury, finance, and ad hoc duties.

Job Scope:

1. Manage the company's daily fund receipts and payments, fund transfers, and bank account administration to ensure safe and efficient treasury operations.
2. Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and funding plans to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
3. Liaise with banks on banking matters, including account opening and maintenance, internet banking administration, and processing of banking documentation.
4. Assist in trade finance activities, including Letters of Credit (L/C), bank guarantees, import financing, export financing, and related banking facilities.
5. Monitor receivables and payables from customers and suppliers, and support initiatives to improve working capital efficiency.
6. Perform treasury-related data analysis and prepare periodic treasury reports and management reports.
7. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, as well as audit and compliance requirements.
8. Perform any other treasury, finance, and ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance, treasury management, trade finance, or related fields.
• Familiarity with banking operations, payment processes, and treasury management principles; knowledge of international trade and trade finance is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to independently organize and analyze financial data.
• Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong risk awareness and a high level of confidentiality.
