BeathChapman Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Treasury & Balance Sheet Management Lead with 10+ years in bank treasury to own funding, liquidity and balance sheet strategy. Reporting to Head of Treasury, you will drive ALCO, ICAAP, FTP, IRRBB and stress testing, and oversee front-to-back treasury operations.

This role requires strong MAS frameworks knowledge and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; fintech or digital bank exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in bank treasury across front, middle and back office.
• Strong knowledge of MAS frameworks (LCR, NSFR, ILAA, Notices 649/651/656).
• Experience in ALM, funding strategy and systems like QRM.

Our Fintech client is looking for a Treasury & Balance Sheet Management Lead to join the team.

Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you'll lead funding, liquidity and balance sheet management. You'll drive ALCO, ICAAP, FTP, IRRBB and stress testing, oversee treasury front-to-back office, and own MAS regulatory compliance and treasury systems. You will have the opportunity to lead and be involved in treasury-related projects and initiatives.

The successful candidate comes with at least 10+ years in bank treasury across front, middle and back office, with strong knowledge of MAS frameworks (LCR, NSFR, ILAA, Notices 649/651/656). Experience in ALM, funding strategy and systems like QRM is key. Digital bank or fintech exposure is a plus. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills are a pre-requisite for the role.
