Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Treasury Analyst to ensure post-trade activities for Securities and Cash are executed accurately and on time, within market cut-offs and liquidity constraints.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, resolve discrepancies promptly, and support risk and compliance guidelines while driving process improvements and system automation. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least two years of treasury experience, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Treasury Analyst.
• Experience in treasury products like securities and cash is must.
• Excellent information gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure post-trade activities for Treasury products (Securities and Cash) are correctly and timely executed within market/currency cut-off times and liquidity constraints.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders and clients for discrepancies timely.
• Ensure all queries and escalations are managed in a timely manner.
• Adhere to Risk and Compliance guidelines including embargoes/sanctions alert management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement and system automation.
• Promote new ways of working to deliver faster, better, cost-efficient service.
• Participate in projects, business initiatives and UAT.
• Ensure compliance to department and bank operational risk and regulatory requirements.

• Main responsibility is to ensure that the post trade activities for Treasury products (Securities and Cash) are correctly and timely executed within the market/currency cut-off times and liquidity treasury constraints where applicable
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders and clients for any discrepancies timely.
• Ensure all queries and escalations are managed in a timely manner
• Adhere to Risk and Compliance Group guidelines/requirements including embargoes/sanctions alert management
• Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Drives process improvement and system automation.
• Drive new ways of working and behaviour across organisation to deliver faster, better, cost-efficient customer (internal and external service)
• Participate / Support in projects, business-driven initiatives and UAT
• Ensure compliance to Department and Bank’s operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
