Job summary

PERSOL TECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Treasury post-trade professional to ensure timely and accurate processing of Securities and Cash, aligned with market cut-offs and liquidity constraints.

The role requires experience in derivatives processing, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset to improve efficiency. You will liaise with clients and internal teams, manage escalations, and support key projects and UAT within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in derivatives processing and lifecycle management preferred.
• Good understanding of Front to Back Trade operational processes especially Trade control activities.
• Exhibits good communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and accountability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management.
• Innovative mindset and constantly on the lookout to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Post trade activities for Treasury products (Securities and Cash) are executed correctly within market/currency cut-off times.
• Liaise with stakeholders and clients for discrepancies timely.
• Ensure queries and escalations are managed promptly.
• Adhere to Risk and Compliance guidelines including embargoes/sanctions alerts.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement and system automation.
• Support projects, UAT, and business initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with operational risk and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team development and coaching.
