Benefit Cosmetics invites you to join our Singapore internship, where you will lead Ecommerce Marketing Campaigns under the SEA Digital & Ecommerce Manager and assist in CRM initiatives and brand loyalty with retailers.

You will ensure brand consistency across digital channels, manage asset briefs for SGMY markets, and contribute to weekly sales tracking and market insights. A dynamic, creative, and humorous mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Dec 2026/Jan 2027 to Jun 2027.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Social and digital savvy with ability to create digital content.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication.
• Highly creative; able to think out of the box.
• Energetic, enthusiastic with a sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ecommerce Marketing Campaigns under the supervision of SEA Digital & Ecommerce Manager.
• Support CRM initiatives and strengthen brand loyalty with retailers.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and Ecommerce platforms with local leads.
• Direct manage campaign briefs and creative briefs for SGMY markets; manage captions/assets.
• Assist in weekly Ecommerce sales tracking and new product launch trackers.
• Conduct competitor analysis and present insights for channel growth (Sephora, Lazada).
• Support marketing 360 planning with SEA team: PR launches, digital campaigns, trade initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to SEA Senior Marketing Manager and peers.
