Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Trauma Platform Lead for Southeast & North Asia (SENA) to drive platform strategy and portfolio management across the trauma, CMF, extremities, and power tools portfolio. You will report to the Strategic Capabilities Lead, SENA, and work with regional and global partners to accelerate growth while improving patient outcomes.

The role requires strategic thinking and execution excellence, overseeing the lifecycle from launch to market adoption and portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Significant experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or MedTech marketing/commercial roles.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform strategies to drive sustainable growth across the Trauma portfolio.
• Lead portfolio management, product launches, and commercialization initiatives.
• Partner with country teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance market performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and regional/global stakeholders to deliver business goals.
• Foster strong engagement with key customers, industry experts, and healthcare stakeholders.
