Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager, Trauma, to drive growth across the Trauma portfolio. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to develop commercialization strategies, accelerate NPIs, and enhance surgeon engagement and education.

Key duties include launching new products, optimizing portfolio performance, and expanding market presence while working with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams across SEA, APAC and Global regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of new product launches to drive adoption and business objectives.
• Manage portfolio performance, lifecycle strategies, and inventory optimization.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, procedure growth, and new revenue streams.
• Use market intelligence and analytics to develop new go-to-market approaches.
• Strengthen performance in focus segments like Hand & Wrist, Foot & Ankle, Spine & Extremities.
• Build relationships with surgeons, KOLs, rising stars, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Design engagement strategies across surgeon career stages.
• Expand digital and in-person engagement platforms for education.
• Conduct workshops and in-services for surgeons, residents, nurses, and OR staff.
• Partner with Marketing, ProfEd, and CommEd across SEA, APAC, Global.
• Integrate educational initiatives into commercial strategies for growth.
• Develop advocates and proctors within Trauma portfolio.
• Deliver training to Sales and Clinical teams with evidence-based selling.
