Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking a Psychologist to provide psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations for individuals, families, and groups affected by trauma and mental health challenges due to violence.

The role includes supervision of junior staff, opportunities for programme development, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in clinical psychology or related field required.
• Eligibility for registration with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–4 years of clinical experience with children, youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Triage referred cases for in-house services or referral to external agencies.
• Conduct psychological assessments of children and families with sound clinical formulations.
• Develop trauma-informed interventions and case formulations.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Deliver crisis interventions when necessary.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
