Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking an experienced Transport Lead to oversee a team of Transport Coordinators and coordinate delivery schedules across Singapore routes. The role will involve managing truck drivers, recruitment, discipline, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with Singapore routes, able to propose alternate solutions to meet targets, and willing to work night shifts if assigned.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Transport Coordinators
• Manage truck drivers which include recruitment, discipline issue, termination and etc.
• Work closely with site personnel for delivery scheduling
• Propose alternate solutions in meeting target if the schedule or work are failed to be achieved
• Responsible to calculate and project transport fare for each trip
• Ensure well keeping and maintenance of all trucks
• Ensure the practices and procedures meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping are maintained as safe work procedure
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
