Job summary

sggovterp invites applications for the role of Manager/Deputy Manager, Ticketing System & Governance (Governance, Risk & Compliance). You will lead governance of the Transit Ticketing System, ensuring security, data protection and regulatory compliance across the system and with external partners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer science, engineering or information technology, cyber security.
• Experience managing cyber security and data protection operations and incidents.
• Strong understanding of information security, data protection principles and relevant standards (ISO 27001, PDPA, PCI-DSS).
• Good incident response, communication, situational awareness and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of Transit Ticketing System security, risk management and compliance as operations lead.
• Oversee governance framework, metrics, audits and risk reports with stakeholders to mitigate risk and improve commuter experience.
• Enforce cybersecurity policies and data protection measures aligned with IM8 and industry standards.
• Support incident management, root-cause analysis and corrective actions with internal teams and contractors.
• Collaborate with technical security teams to ensure security and privacy requirements are met by delivery teams and third parties.
