Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking an Experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join the Tax Global Structuring team, focusing on complex cross-border and transactional global tax advice. The role involves collaboration with mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, and tax-efficient international structuring specialists.

You will help plan transfer pricing policies, documentation, and dispute resolution, coordinating with the regional and global PwC network.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; postgraduate or professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant senior associate experience in tax/transfer pricing.
• SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support transfer pricing engagements, including planning and documentation.
• Undertake benchmarking studies and analyze client issues for TP purposes.
• Review inter-company agreements for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with regional and global PwC network firms on client issues.
• Manage projects related to TP audits and MAP/APA cases.
• Work on cross-border restructurings alongside other specialist teams.
