Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Singapore is seeking an Associate/Consultant for International Tax Services with Transfer Pricing. You will work with multinational clients to build, manage, document, review and defend TP policies and processes aligned with business strategy.

You’ll handle TP planning, including APAs and operating model projects, while addressing client needs and opportunities for TP services.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in economics, finance, law, tax or accounting is required.
• CPA or similar certification is required or preferred.
• 1 year experience for associate and 3 years for consultant in transfer pricing.

Aufgaben

• Preparing transfer pricing policy, planning reports and documentation to substantiate transfer pricing position taken
• Assisting with application for and negotiation of rulings and Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs) where clients would like up-front certainty on transfer pricing positions
• Transfer pricing planning, including Operating Model Effectiveness projects that seek to obtain tax benefits from business restructuring
• Acting as the preferred advisor to multinational companies, addressing ad hoc transfer pricing queries
