Job summary

Ernst & Young Solutions LLP in Singapore seeks an experienced associate/consultant to join ITTS, delivering tax advisory across domestic and international markets. You’ll help optimize tax strategies, review structures, and support transactions from due diligence to implementation. Strong problem solving, adaptability and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree related to Accountancy / Finance / Tax / Business / Economics / Engineering / Information Technology; a CPA, CA or similar certification
• At least 1 year of relevant experience for experienced associate role, at least 3 years of experience for consultant role
• Open mind and the ability to adapt and perform under pressure
• Problem solving and numerical skills
• Time and project management skills
• Effective and impactful communication skills (written, verbal, relationship building)

Responsibilities

• Advise on tax issues and assist with advisory projects
• Review structures and operating models for clients
• Help manage tax risk and align tax with business objectives
• Identify tax opportunities and incentives across domestic and international markets
• Support mergers and acquisitions life-cycle from due diligence to post-deal integration
• Contribute to cross-border multi-country projects in evolving tax landscapes
