Job summary

Citigroup in Singapore seeks an officer/administrator for the Fund Services Transfer Agency unit. The role covers daily BAU activities, client and vendor management, and close collaboration with Product & Technology teams and in-country staff to oversee outsourced/offshored functions.

The candidate will manage onboarding, AML/KYC, transaction processing, settlement, reporting, and risk governance to ensure compliant and high-quality service for fund clients and distributors.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant banking/fund transfer agency experience.
• Experience with governance and oversight of outsourced functions.
• Strong regulatory mindset and understanding of local obligations.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding, AML/KYC documentation and data management.
• Transaction processing and investor servicing.
• Liaison with CPF Agent Banks, SRS Operator Bank and CPF Board on trade matters.
• Client and fund distributor query servicing and cash/trade settlement processing.
• Corporate action events notification and processing; periodic client reporting.
