Location is Kaki Bukit, near MRT, with working hours 8:30am–6:00pm. This contract runs until 31 January 2027, with potential renewal through e2i partnership.

Qualifications

• Must edit and verify transcripts of multi-speaker audio/video.
• Achieve 99% accuracy across annotators' transcripts.
• Ensure consistency in transcription spelling and vocabulary.
• Follow standards and guidelines for data annotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete the editing and verification of the transcripts of multi-speaker audio and video
• Ensure the annotated transcripts of all the annotators are at 99% accuracy and delivered within the specified timelines
• Ensure consistency of transcriptions and phonetic translations, in terms of the standardization of word spelling and vocabulary
• Data annotation according to standards and guidelines requirements
• Fast and accurate typing and word processing
• Experience in annotation work will be a bonus
