RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. invites you to join its audio and video transcription projects powering AI solutions. The role focuses on accurate transcript editing, verification, and data annotation across multi-speaker content.

You will ensure 99% accuracy against standards, maintain consistent spelling and vocabulary, and work with tight timelines at the Kaki Bukit location in Singapore. Working hours are 8:30am–6:00pm, with a contract through 31 January 2027 and renewal potential.

Responsibilities

• Complete the editing and verification of the transcripts of multi-speaker audio and video
• Ensure the annotated transcripts of all the annotators are at 99% accuracy and delivered within the specified timelines
• Ensure consistency of transcriptions and phonetic translations, in terms of the standardization of word spelling and vocabulary
• Data annotation according to standards and guidelines requirements
• Fast and accurate typing and word processing
• Experience in annotation work will be a bonus
