Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous transcription editor and data annotator for on-site work at Kaki Bukit, Singapore.

The role focuses on editing transcripts for multi-speaker audio/video, ensuring high accuracy, and delivering within tight timelines. Strong typing skills and attention to detail are essential, with annotation experience considered a bonus. The position offers an 8:30am–6:00pm schedule with a monthly salary of up to SGD 4,000, and a contract until 31 January 2027

• Complete editing and verification of transcripts for multi-speaker audio/video
• Ensure annotators' transcripts are 99% accurate and delivered within timelines
• Maintain consistency in transcriptions and phonetic translations and standardize spelling and vocabulary
• Perform data annotation according to standards and guidelines
• Type accurately and process documents quickly
• Experience in annotation work is a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete the editing and verification of the transcripts of multi-speaker audio and video
• Ensure the annotated transcripts of all the annotators are at99% accuracyanddelivered within the specified timelines.
• Ensure consistency of transcriptions and phonetic translations, in terms of the standardization of word spelling and vocabulary.
• Data annotation according to standards and guidelines requirements
• Fast and accurate typing and word processing
• Experience in annotation work will be a bonus

Working hours & Salary Package

• Location: Kaki Bukit (5 - 7mins walk from MRT Station)
• Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Salary: Up to $4000
• Contract duration: Until 31 January 2027, with the possibility of renewal thereafter.
