Training System Admin / Operator, ILS2

Summary: The Unconventional is seeking a qualified Training System Admin / Operator to support the Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) with critical, non-standard logistical gaps in expeditionary and contested environments for USINDOPACOM, including directorates, subordinate unified commands, component commands, direct reporting units, standing joint task forces, and mission partners.

Responsibilities:

• Administers and operates training platforms, IT infrastructure, and mission equipment used for classroom, distance, exercise, and operational systems training.
• Configures sensors, antennas, onboard mission equipment, and training environments to support realistic demonstrations and user familiarization.
• Supports global classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning; training materials, demonstrations, exercises, operational systems training, mission training, partner‑nation documentation, and tailored native‑language support.
• Supports Training, Exercises, and Experimentation function.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree or 2‑year technical school in a related field.
• 7 years of relevant professional experience performing activities such as administering systems, servers, networks, user accounts, & software environments, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining availability, backups, configuration records, supporting help desk or user support activities, and coordinating with cybersecurity and operations teams.
• Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance.

Travel: Some travel may be required.
