MINDS Community Hub (Clementi) seeks a Training Officer to teach, train and supervise clients to function independently in daily living, community living and social skills. You will develop Individual Learning Plans and assess progress to support each trainee's growth.

You will collaborate with allied health professionals, coordinate group activities, ensure safety, and engage with caregivers to maintain strong family rapport and program continuity.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience and empathy when working with PWIDs.
• Ability to work in a team and support families.

Responsabilités

• Teach, train, supervise and develop client functioning in ADL, Home Living, Mobility and Social/Recreational skills.
• Formulate and implement Individual Learning Program (ILP) through assessment.
• Engage in continuous assessment and evaluation of trainees’ development.
• Plan and implement group activities and monitor safety procedures.
• Communicate critical information to Social Worker and Centre Manager.
