Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 11+ years of leading training programs and delivery.
• Experience coordinating classroom, distance, and on-the-job training.
• Ability to align training with mission and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead training delivery for systems, subsystems, platforms, and mission operations.
• Coordinate classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning across Government and contractor sites.
• Integrate training materials, equipment, demonstrations, exercises, and mission training to meet stakeholder objectives.
• Supports Training, Exercises, and Experimentation function.
