Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group in Singapore is looking for candidates to assist in animal care and guest interaction at Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Responsibilities include feeding animals, conducting interactive sessions with guests, and maintaining daily records on animal behavior. Candidates should possess at least 'O' levels/NITEC/Diploma and have strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Those with acting or hosting experience will be preferred. Qualifications

Job description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and natural destination in Singapore that is home to world‑renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature‑based experiences, green public spaces and an eco‑friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in guest interaction sessions/programmes during show presentation with animals.
• Responsible for the care and well‑being of animals through proper food preparation and feeding regime, as well as animal husbandry.
• Conduct and maintain proper behavioural enrichments through landscaping and exhibit improvements, and positive reinforcement trainings.
• Update and maintain records on daily observations of animals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' levels/NITEC/Diploma
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Preferably with acting and/or hosting experience
