Job summary

Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd is seeking a Civil Engineer specialized in traffic engineering in Singapore. You will lead traffic management planning, coordinate with clients and LTA contractors, and prepare drawings and proposals for road diversions and signage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience related to Traffic Engineering jobs.
• Experience in LTA projects traffic management and traffic diversion works.
• Technical knowledge in Civil Engineering Construction including traffic diversion, road widening works, site activities.
• Familiar with LTA CDC/SDRE and COP at Work Zone.
• Basic knowledge of Traffic Control Code of Practice (COP) and LTA standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Relevant safety certifications (BCSS/Confined space/Work-At-Height) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Construction Manager.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultants, LTA term contractors and construction team for traffic diversion and related work.
• Prepare/generate drawings and proposals for upcoming works affecting roads and signage.
• Attend regular meetings with Client, contractors and stakeholders.
• Generate and manage company reports and documents.
• Propose alternative methods to increase productivity.
• Handle technical and engineering issues.
• Ensure activities comply with quality, environment, health & safety requirements.
