ABAXX SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking fresh graduates to join the Technology team. You will gain hands-on exposure to electronic trading technologies, operations, client onboarding, systems integration, data analytics, and information security within financial markets.

You will work with experienced professionals, developing technical and professional skills while contributing to mission-critical operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; internships in software development or tech ops are advantageous.
• Basic understanding of software development, systems integration, networking, databases or cloud technologies.
• Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as Python, Java, PowerShell, Shell Script, or similar.
• Strong interest in financial technology, electronic trading, capital markets or futures trading.
• Knowledge of electronic trading systems, FIX Protocol, market connectivity are advantageous but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, eager to take ownership and continuously learn.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or collaboration platforms would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and integration of institutional clients by assisting with technical implementation, testing, and project coordination.
• Monitor and support external connectivity infrastructure and trading systems for stability and security.
• Analyze operational data to generate reports, identify trends, and support decision-making and compliance.
• Provide first-line technical and operational support to clients and internal stakeholders; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and business teams to support system implementation and service delivery.
• Participate in technology operations and continuous improvement to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Support identity and access management activities including user provisioning and access reviews.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, user guides, and project materials.
• Participate in testing activities including system integration testing, UAT, and production readiness assessments.

About the Role

You will work closely with experienced technology professionals and business stakeholders, developing both technical and professional skills while contributing to mission-critical business operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding and integration of institutional clients and partners by assisting with technical implementation, testing, and project coordination activities.

• Monitor and support external connectivity infrastructure and trading systems to ensure stable, secure, and reliable business operations.

• Assist in analyzing operational and business data to generate reports, identify trends, and support decision‑making, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

• Provide first‑line technical and operational support to clients and internal stakeholders, including issue investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution.

• Collaborate with technology vendors, service providers, and business teams to support system implementation, service delivery, and issue management.

• Participate in technology operations and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, operational efficiency, and user experience.

• Support identity and access management activities, including user provisioning, access reviews, and compliance with information security policies.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, user guides, and project‑related materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,InformationSecurity, or a related discipline.
