Job summary

IKAS INTERNATIONAL (ASIA) PTE. LTD. develops high-performance trading systems in Singapore. You will implement and enhance core C++ and Python components, focusing on speed, reliability and scalability.

Collaborating with business and technology teams, you will drive SDLC practices, implement cloud-native microservices, and contribute to DevOps, monitoring and automation efforts to maximize system availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience developing production-grade C++ applications and Python.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design and programming fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of Linux and distributed systems, preferably microservices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Git or Jenkins will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance trading systems with C++ and Python.
• Manage SDLC including testing, deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business/tech teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Improve performance, reliability, scalability, and architecture.
• Drive modernization with cloud, microservices, automation, and AI tools.
• Support DevOps and improve system availability and efficiency.
