Job summary

Luxoft Singapore is seeking a highly skilled C++ engineer to design and build high performance, low latency services that process real time data. You will optimize algorithms, data structures, networking and OS interactions to achieve microsecond-scale throughput.

You will design, implement, and maintain C++20+ services, work with market data feeds, and collaborate with trading and infrastructure teams to deliver robust, production-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong C++ proficiency (C++17/20+).
• Hands-on market data experience.
• Solid understanding of concurrency, memory models and synchronization.
• Track record in building performance-critical, low-latency systems.
• Strong CS fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and memory management.
• Practical Linux systems programming experience.
• Experience with profiling and performance analysis tools.
• Proficient with Git and common build systems (CMake, Ninja).
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high performance C++ services with high message rates.
• Optimize latency, throughput, and CPU/memory efficiency.
• Develop and tune networking, I/O layers for large data volumes.
• Profile and debug performance across app, OS, and network levels.
• Collaborate with trading, quantitative and infra teams to translate requirements.
• Write clean production-quality code with tests and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and drive engineering process improvements.
