Job summary
3X SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an IT System Analyst to analyze, design, and support trading solutions across asset classes. You will gather requirements, translate them into specifications, and design system solutions aligned with trading and operational needs.
The role involves coordinating with business users, developers, vendors, and IT teams, monitoring application performance, and participating in testing, UAT, and production fixes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT System Analysis, Development, Application Support, or Technical Support.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Experience driving process improvements (incident management, knowledge management, or automation).
- Hands-on exposure to software testing, including regression testing and UAT.
- Knowledge of C/C++ programming and Python is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in financial technology or trading software is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- System Analysis & Design: Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and design system solutions that align with trading and operational needs.
- Incident & Problem Analysis: Investigate critical incidents, perform root cause analysis of recurring issues, and recommend preventive or corrective solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise between business users, developers, vendors, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are delivered effectively.
- System Monitoring & Stability: Monitor applications to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability, and proactively address potential issues.
- Testing & Validation: Coordinate and participate in regression testing, UAT, and validation of production fixes and enhancements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve support services, incident management, and system workflows, and contribute to documentation and knowledge management.
- Implementation Support: Work with developers to implement enhancements, software upgrades, and system integrations.
