Holcim Trading & Shipping (HT&S) is the trading arm of Holcim Group. The Trading Operator role delivers seamless service through the trade lifecycle from contract conclusion to cash collection while ensuring efficient operation of time-chartered vessel fleets.

The role combines commercial execution with operational management, focusing on voyages, scheduling, documentation, and cost optimization, with hybrid work options and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Degree/Diploma in Shipping and Maritime or Commercial degree in international trading, shipping, logistic, freight forwarding, or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of trading, shipping, freight forwarding, and supply chain logistics experience; at least 2 years in the related field.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily operations and performance of time-chartered vessels, ensuring compliance with Charter Party terms.
• Coordinate supply chain schedules and daily updates with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate records in IMOS and coordinate with Finance for reconciliations and reporting.
• Prepare voyage instructions and oversee commercial contracts to optimize results.
• Identify and mitigate trade and voyage risks, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
