Job summary

Maybank Securities is seeking a proactive individual to assist in trade order entry, monitoring, and cross-selling across SGX and international markets. You will support the Team Lead, resolve order issues, and ensure compliant client servicing with regulatory standards.

We value strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude, with a diploma or degree in Business, Banking & Finance or Engineering. CMFAS certifications are a plus, and prior financial services experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking & Finance preferred.
• Applicants with at least 2 years of progressive sales experience in financial services are encouraged to apply.
• CMFAS certifications (M5, M6, M8) are an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Lead with trade order entry, amendments and cancellations.
• Monitor order status, execution and outstanding orders.
• Assist in resolving rejected orders, unmatched trades and execution discrepancies.
• Liaise with Central Dealers and relevant departments on trading-related matters.
• Support trading activities across SGX and overseas markets.
• Deliver a high standard of client service and engagement, ensuring a positive and seamless client experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and industry developments to provide timely and relevant advice.
• Identify opportunities to broaden client relationships through cross-selling and introducing appropriate financial solutions.
• Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements during client servicing activities.
• Participate actively in training, coaching, and mentorship programmes to continuously enhance your professional and advisory capabilities.
