Job summary

Enterprise Singapore's Trade Group is seeking a proactive policy and governance professional to strengthen incentive management and drive policy improvements that enhance Singapore's competitiveness as a global commodity trading hub.

You will work across the Trade Development and Strategy Division, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline workflows, ensure compliance, and support Trade 2030 initiatives that benefit industry and public service.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand financial statements and verify financial entries.
• Strong process improvement mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
• Meticulous and detailed.
• Familiarity with corporate tax would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with internal stakeholders to shape and oversee incentive management to be effective and responsive to industry needs.
• Interacting across government agencies/ministries to ensure alignment on incentive policy intent and outcomes.
• Reviewing and streamlining incentive workflows, administrative and reporting processes.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, regulations and policy manuals.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders on audit, policy and process-related queries.
