Job summary

Enterprise Singapore’s Trade Group is advancing Singapore as a global commodity trading hub. The role focuses on governance, incentive policy, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen the country’s competitive trade framework.

You will work with internal and external partners to align incentive policies, streamline processes, and ensure robust governance while supporting strategic industry initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand financial statements and verify financial entries.
• Strong sense-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong process-improvement mindset and ability to streamline workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen governance and processes related to incentive schemes.
• Interact with other government agencies to align policy intent and outcomes.
• Review and streamline incentive workflows, administrative and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulations and policy manuals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on audits and policy/process queries.
